Central Dispatch Facilities are businesses that dispatch "black car operators" to pick up and discharge passengers in New York State. It is the responsibility of licensees to understand the Central Dispatch Facility License Law.

Term of registration is one year beginning September 21st. If you apply within the one-year cycle, your license will expire on September 21st.
