PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE
NEW YORK STATE BOARD OF REAL ESTATE
AND PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT TO
PART WW OF CHAPTER 56 OF THE LAWS OF 2022
Members of the New York State Board of Real Estate will meet on Wednesday, June 29, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. via videoconference call (WebEx).
Pursuant to Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2022 and Executive Order No. 11 issued on November 26, 2021, and subsequent Executive Orders extending the state disaster emergency declared in Executive Order 11, this meeting will be held remotely by WebEx conference call.
The public will have the ability to view or listen to the proceeding in the manner described below. In addition, the meeting will be recorded and later transcribed.

The public may attend the live meeting remotely by pre-registering.
