Pursuant to Tax Law section 174-c, the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance files lists of the names of the taxpayers who have been served with income executions or whose income executions have been cancelled or discharged under such law. The most recently filed lists are provided below. All inquiries regarding income executions should be directed to the Department of Taxation and Finance.
