Overview
The Village of Sylvan Beach Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) is a locally prepared long-term management program for the preservation, enhancement, protection, and development of inland waterway resources along Oneida Lake, Fish Creek, and the Erie Canal and associated local laws and regulations that help the village implement its approved LWRP.
The Village of Sylvan Beach LWRP provides a comprehensive framework within which critical waterfront issues can be addressed, and planned waterfront improvement projects can be pursued and implemented. The Village of Sylvan Beach LWRP was adopted by the Village on October 4, 2021 and approved by the New York State Secretary of State on April 7, 2022.
