The Notice of Hearing will be sent to Applicants and Licensees by the Hearing Presenter assigned to their case. The Notice shall include:
- A statement of the time, place, and venue (location of the hearing)
- A statement of the legal authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be held
- A reference to the particular sections of the statutes and rules involved, where possible
- A short and plain statement of matters asserted; and
- A statement that interpreter services shall be made available to deaf persons, at no charge
Your Notice of hearing shall be served with a copy of articles 3, 4, and 5 of the State Administrative Procedure Act and relevant definitions under section 102 of the State Administrative Procedure Act.
